Biography:
About: Joined The Times in 2000 as a leader writer, then commissioned to write volume seven of the official history of the newspaper. Covering the years 1981 to 2002, it was subtitled The Murdoch Years and greatly contributed to the debate about Rupert Murdoch’s role in the British media. Between 2005 and 2010, Graham wrote the weekly “Past Notes” column for The Times on Saturdays, drawing historical comparisons with contemporary events. He also regularly reviews books for The Spectator and the Literary Review.
